Stirling & Stirling produced a tour plan which incorporated international travel plans and luxury accommodation. The 12 night trip included the deserts of Namibia, the famous Victoria Falls and the scenic Garden Route to Cape Town route. The golfers in the party were able to enjoy the Championship Courses of Fancourt Links, which hosted the 2004 President's Cup, the Pezula Gof Course on the Sparrebosch Clifftop Estate in Knysna and Spier's golf course, designed to international standards, overlooked by the towering Helderberg mountain range and surrounded by vineyards.
Everyone was moved by their visit to Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned for 27 years before he became president of South Africa.
The guests loved the Champagne & Oyster cruise on the Knysna Lagoon, and the scenic drive from Stellenbosch over the Helshoogte pass to the beautiful valley of Franschhoek, the gourmet capital of South Africa and the helicopter flight back to Cape Town, giving them a bird's eye view of the rugged Cape Coastline.
